Generally mold rubber should be 1/4 taller than the mold frame.
This is just a quick video on wax injecting in hopes of helping the beginner understand simple wax injection and isn't intended to educate the professional. As a substitute of Talc some use corn starch. PSI is usually around a 7 unless the mold is fairly large or really thin requiring more pressure to inject This is done by increasing the pressure by 2 pounds at a time.
