INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES: 

We will no longer be responsible for International shipping costs on returned orders. As a small company we simply can't afford to refund shipping costs so please realize this prior to placing your order. For some reason this year (2025), some of our packages are being held in customs instead of being delivered directly to the customer. This often results in the package being returned to us unless customers are active in the tracking and then contact their customs agency when this happens. 

1) Once the order is ready and the label is purchased you will receive a joint email from my company Craig Dabler Jewelers, Inc and Pirate Ship. This email contains the tracking information and the address it's being sent to so please don't delete it. Also, check your spam folder so you don't miss it. It is the buyers responsibility to both monitor the tracking and contact your countries Customs Agency if the package is being held at their facility. Do this promptly because if you (the buyer) waits too long the package will likely be sent back to the sender (Us). If this happens, I will refund your order minus the original shipping. We will not reship your order unless you repurchase and acknowledge you understand our shipping policies.

* Make sure the email address provided when placing the order is correct. If the email is incorrect you won't know when the package is being sent so we again aren’t responsible for returned packages. 

On occasion, international shipping orders take extra travel time due to various hold ups along the way such as weather, mechanical issues, etc., This is out of our control so please be patient and realize your package may take longer to arrive.

Often, as stated above, packages are held in Customs so please contact your customs location before contacting me. ***Contacting customs is the buyers responsibility and not something I can do. We can't make international phone calls and there may be a language barrier.

2) Understand that orders containing fragile items such as crucibles and crucible holders may arrive with the fragile items broken. If this happens, I will not send replacements due to high shipping costs but will refund the cost of the item(s) broken if a picture is sent showing the damage.

3) On average, International shipping is about $90.00 to $140.00 and continues to increase. This is the cost of shipping plus our packaging supplies. If shipping is less when I buy the label, I will refund you. We make no profit on International shipping. You pay what we pay.

4) I only ship using USPS Priority. I use no other shipping service other than USPS (United States Postal Service). If you have your own shipping account and want to set this up with us let us know ahead of time.

5) I know nothing about your countries Customs or its shipping laws / fees so it is 100% your responsibility to know this ahead of ordering. All international shipping duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization to learn what to expect before making an order.

6) It is illegal to fill out Customs forms with lesser values or as gifts (unless actually a gift) so please don't ask for this. 

I'm really sorry it's come to this but shipping costs have become too much for us to absorb when problems occur.
