Simple Vacuum Table for CORE Flask

This is a very simple vacuum table unit I designed to work with an actual vacuum cleaner when using the Core Sand Casting System. It can be taken apart if needed should metal be sucked into the blowout chamber.

Silicone pad uses a water bottle insert in the center to help keep clay from sucking through. It can also be changed as needed by the buyer. Just collect water bottle tops that look the same and then use a ball bur to drill some holes like this one.

* With an additional larger rubber vacuum top (not included) this will also fit the four inch flask. Shown in picture 5.

***Customer must supply their own vacuum cleaner with a 1 inch vacuum hose. Use black electricians tape if hose end is too small to fit vacuum table fitting.

***Made for sand casting. However, I'm working on a possible kit to make it work for investment casting but it's not a guarantee.
