Simple Vacuum Table for CORE Flasks

Limit 2 per person: This is a very simple, economical, and mostly metal vacuum table unit I designed using already made parts. It is designed to work with an actual vacuum cleaner when using the Core Sand Casting System. It can also be taken apart if needed should metal and sand be sucked into the blowout chamber.

Silicone pad can handle fairly high temperature metal and helps create a great suction of the flask. Also works with both a standard 2.5 inch flask up to a four inch flask.

* Picture 5 shows it with a core style flask. Flask not included.

***Customer must supply their own vacuum cleaner with a 1 inch vacuum hose. Use black electricians tape if hose end is too small to fit vacuum table fitting.
