Large Core Flask Kit

The large version of the Mini Core Flask Kit which comes with a similar setup but larger. A large core flask made the same as the smaller version, a setup plate used to produce the 1/2 core, a standard size bracelet core (66mm in Dia x 33mm wide) complete with the center shaft with bronze end tabs that will work with all the various core sizes that are available separately as accessories. Also included is a stand which helps to lower the top half onto the bottom half of the flask so that the sand core is not damaged during assembly of the two flask halves. A sand core frame the same size and width as the main setup core and an extra section plus the black electricians tape to hold it in place. A wider section is available as an accessory.

Picture one is the complete kit, picture two shows the assembled core with the center shaft plus how a bracelet pattern would look. Picture three shows a comparison of the ring core base and the bracelet core base. Picture four shows the bracelet core sitting on the base stand, the two outer plates in place along with the top half (with pins) sitting on top and picture five shows how the stand helps with sliding the two flask halves together with the sand core in place. *** The bracelet pattern pictured on the core is not included.
* The center section used to hold the patterns are made of silicone rubber so they both grip the pattern keeping it in position better and have some flexibility unlike the 3D printed centers used with the smaller core kits.
